This project is protected by an NDA. From January to September 2023, I was engaged in a project at Cobasi. Collaborating closely with the team, I led an extensive research effort focused on enhancing the search feature of the Cobasi e-commerce platform. Leveraging various research methodologies, I delved into internal data to gain comprehensive insights into customer behavior and needs. My goal was to identify opportunities for improvements.
